For the next brief I have to involve the use of sound. As an experiment we started with the simple animation of a solid swinging in a pendulum motion. Then using a single 10 second sound clip I started to see how I could give a sense of realism to the video. Using the graph bar I edited the sound depending upon when the motion of the object would begin and end, one of the key element which helps in this is the use of vectors to achieve a smooth transition. After creating one it is fairly simple to edit and create duplicate of the sound.


I couldn't resist having a play with the sound library we have at college, aside from the pleasantries like birds singing there are some slashing and screaming sounds. Enjoy.
